VOCABULARY PRE-ASSESSMENT Complete the Pre-Assessment to the best of your ability. Circle a number for each term/phrase and please be HONEST. Any terms you ranked a 4, please use the back of the sheet to write a sentence using that word. **When you finish, get your ISN and open to page 21.

VOCABULARY On page 21, draw a T-notes format. Draw a straight line down, about 2 inches over from the red line and on the first real line write “WORD” on the right side and “DEFINITION” on the left. Make sure you use them in the correct context… (For example, “I went on a revolution to visit my friends” is not using it in the correct context!) …AND spell them correctly. Please either underline OR highlight each vocab word. Your story may be humorous, serious, frightening, etc… You may choose your own setting and characters. After completing your story, please highlight or underline your vocabulary words!
