Regulatory Review Update In Review Compostable Material Storage Limitations Final draft of white paper completed Recommendation: Initiate an informal rulemaking process to clarify the materials to be included in the calculation of the limit of 12,500 cubic yard regulatory threshold for all Green Material Composting Operations and Agricultural Material Composting Operations, specifying how “stabilized compost” [14 CCR (a) (36)] is not to be included when specific criteria (to be determined) are met.
