Motivation for Employees They use many tactics to motivate employees, due to different needs. They believe in using extrinsic rewards with their employees. They love to tell employees how well they are doing.

Motivation for Employees They do not study their employees. They believe the best way to understand their employees is to simply ask them.

Motivation for Employees They believe in the goal setting theory, One way they reward their employees is in the holiday season, they will give time off if the goals are met. They also believe that if the environment is fun, then the workers will be happy.

Fun at work

Questions If you could choose a motivation for yourself what would you choose? Money? Praise? Promotion opportunity? Do you think it is more effective to study your employees or ask them instead?
