3 Summary Plan New Abra Customers –The new packaging and pricing is tied to the release of the new Abra desktop and information sharing capabilities (i.e., v10 and v9) –Partners “field test” during September - November 2009 –Release the new packaging and pricing for Abra SQL v10 new customer orders in November 2009 –Monitor and adjust if necessary –Release the new packaging/pricing for Abra Suite v9 new customer orders in April 2010 Existing Abra Customers –Continue to sell add-on’s & support at existing module prices

12 What About Existing SQL Customers? No requirement to move into one of the new packages When SQL customers receive their v10 it will match their current module set Can continue to buy SQL add-on’s and support at the current ala carte prices

No requirement at this time to move into one of the new packages When Suite customers receive their v9 it will match their current module set Can continue to buy Suite add-on’s and support at the current ala carte prices Suite customers (v7.x or v9) can convert to SQL v10 at the current Suite-to-SQL pricing (no requirement at this time to convert into one of the new packages)

14 What About New Suite Customers? The new package pricing goes into effect for Abra Suite in April with release of v9 For new Suite customers through April, we will honor this pricing: –Current v7.8 pricing –The new package/pricing (select the modules that fit the package and we will honor the package price) After v9 release in April/May, only the new package pricing will be available.
