 Comprehensive needs assessments are beautiful  Strategies on CIP are beautiful  Tutorial proposals are beautiful  OFB’s are beautiful  Budgets are beautiful  BUT  BUT, HAVE YOU LOOKED AT YOUR RESULTS?

 Is this expenditure going to help our Donna I.S.D. students learn?  Was the item identified as a need on the comprehensive needs assessment?  Is the item/strategy identified on the CIP?  How will it be evaluated?  Is it reasonable and necessary?  Is it supplemental?

 Run campus budget balances for you  Answer any and all questions on budgets  Assist in making recommendations on budget changes to meet campus needs  Take you through the process from beginning to end  Monitor tutorial funds for you  Recycle funds to meet everyone’s needs

 ALL requisitions are approved daily  ALL travel is approved within 24 hours assuming there are no errors  ALL contract services are approved within 24 hours assuming there are no errors  ALL field trips, extra duty pay, tutorial proposals, OFB’s, etc. approved within 24 hrs.

 “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”  The change is most significant when you have properly planned your expenditures.  Our students deserve it!
