How to Use an Internet based Buyer’s Guide There are many ways you can search for items. These are a few of the most popular. 1. Choose a price range. Prices are listed by the Average Street Price (ASP). 2. Choose a brand. 3. Decide intended use of product.

Content of a Printed Buyer’s Guide A popular printed buyer’s guide is produced by Consumer Reports magazine. The magazine is divided into numerous categories such as automobiles, household appliances, exercise equipment, etc. The Consumer Reports Best Buy is denoted under each category and is based on overall performance and price.
