Bible uses the word “fear” in two ways: 1.reverence and respect (Eccl. 12:13) 2.a feeling of anxiety and agitation caused by the presence or nearness of danger, evil, pain, etc.  This fear is not to be confused with caution or concern. It is the fear that paralyzes us and renders us unproductive.
