9  COSIS Sustainment Strategy involves:  Continuous OJT provided by dedicated TARP Rep support  Ship / TARP Rep afloat sampling items from AIMD  Ship / TARP Rep sample incoming receipts and crossdecks  Ship / TARP Rep walk-through of storerooms, during LAP’s, periodic inspections, and inventories. Reviewing for COSIS improvements to previously completed units.  De-bulking process reviewed – goal to maximize asset protection while minimizing space requirements  Review/update P-485; source for TYCOM instructions/inspections  With fleet concurrence involve TYCOM support to potentially add:  COSIS criteria to assist visits  COSIS criteria to LANT/PAC 4440/5040 Instructions  Schedule for remaining NWCF ships
