Hybrid Vehicles  Hybrid vehicles do not qualify as AFV.  OSP will bid on an as needed/requested basis.  OSP has not received any request for hybrid vehicles.

The Office of State Purchasing attempts to award as many AFV vehicles as possible; however, due to the increased cost of these vehicles this is not always feasible.
