I LEARNED TO KNIT

Why Knitting? I’ve wanted to learn how to knit for a very long time now. My Grandma passed away before she could teach. I never took the time to learn how until now….

First steps 1. I researched some websites to find the tools that I need. 2. I found that I needed: knitting needles and yarn

First Steps 3. The next thing I did was watch a video about knitting for beginners

The Attempt The first attempt was a bit of a challenge…. I found that it was slipping off the needle.

So I tried again. I followed the same video and here’s what I got…. Practically the same thing. It was slipping off the needle again. Attempt #2

Trial and Error Because the same thing kept happening, I did some more research to find out what was going wrong. I read some diagrams instead of videos this time.

The solution After some research, I found the solution. I was pulling the yarn too tight. So I tried again and here’s what I got…. Progress...

In the future These are designs that I want to try ….
