For the Panel to provide evidence for their decision whether you should continue to progress through training, and whether you should get your CCT at the end

Its the glue that holds learning and assessment together

Getting started…. Start with your PDP (tomorrow 3.30 pm) Write something in the Learning Log Plan to write 2-3 entries a week from now on Read e portfolio pearls Share all entries (if theres something you dont want to share, write it somewhere else)
