Julianna Road; the Tarlac- Iba Road; 5.Widening of Olongapo-Gapan Road 6.Develop and implement consolidated road improvement packages for Subic, Clark and the provinces in between, namely: Zambales; Bataan; Pampanga; Tarlac 7.In the Angeles and Clark City area (MICE, Medical & Retirement Tourism precinct) 8.Prepare Traffic Reforms and traffic management Plan 9.Adoption and implementation of the proposed Subic-Clark-Tarlac Corridor Roadmap Plan (note: currently done by SCAD, REID, MACCI and DOT Reg. 3) 10.Road development, signage 1.In the Angeles and Clark City area (MICE, Medical & Retirement Tourism precinct) improve Internet connection; clearing of Rail Road Alignment on Manila North Rail Transit, and prepare Traffic Reforms and traffic management plan 2.Improve Internet connection in the Pampanga, Tarlac, Subic - Olongapo, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Zambales areas Site Infrastructure 1.Establish and operate a Tourism Information Center 2.In the Angeles and Clark City area (MICE, Medical & Retirement Tourism precinct) develop ecological /Biological Parks 3.Restore Rail Station at San Fernando, 4.Develop flood control outlet in the Pampanga area 5.Develop Cultural and Heritage Museums at Mt.
