Reflection Despite of being internationals, we managed to work as a group efficiently. After adaption to a new environment, an acculturation to another environment will be easier than before, since you learn how to adapt yourself into a new environment effectively. Working in a multicultural team gave us the opportunity to comprehend values and views of different cultures. HAARLEM 2
