Click Options, See All Options… in the upper right corner of the page 2

In *When the message arrives, and:, select: [Apply to all messages] 4 [Apply to all messages]
In Do the following:, select: Redirect the message to… 5 [Apply to all messages]
Click: * Select people… 6 [Apply to all messages]
Manually type in the address you want to forward to. Click OK NOTE: This will be at the bottom of your screen 7 NOTE: You can only set up this rule to another.mil or a.gov address. It will not work forwarding to any other domain like: gmail.com or outlook.com
You may be asked to give your rule a name 8 Forward to my other.mil account
