NOS and Benchmark 2.9 As a result of the interest of professional associations in vocational training of archaeologists, National Occupational Standards in Archaeological Practice have been developed on behalf of the Archaeology training Forum by the Cultural Heritage National Training Organisation and the Institute of Field Archaeologists; these may be accessed at revision of statement
