» What I learned investigating this topic ˃Staffing companies are only good up to a point, but that point could be WELL worth the price. Every ‘placement’ deal is negotiated locally. ˃Outsourcing with the right partner could really pay dividends ˃Temporary/Seasonal doesn’t get you “off the hook” legally with these employees…even if you COULD use a staffing company.
