Pier, Pier Cap & I Girder formwork  Pier Diameter 1700mm Diameters, with Seamless grooves of 25 mm deep in full length of Pier.  Pier Cap Elliptical Flair Step Wise.  Top of the cap have 2 radius making it look like Pipe, thru out Periphery

Bhiwandi Flyover.  Raw Finish of the concrete surface where in casted using Maruti Steel Fab. Pier Formwork.  Client: J.Kumar Infrastructure Limited.

Box Girder Shuttering.  Pier Casting for Pathankot Highway. BOT.  Client M/s. Gannon Dunkerly & Co Limited ( Delhi Division)  Various Spans of 32.4 meters, 35 meters, 42 meters & 48 meters. Along with Trussels & supporting structure.

Phathankot Highway.  Around 1000 Tons of Steel Shuttering for Box girder & Cribs. Supplied by Us in 5 months time.

Box Girder  Bottom Slab ready with reinforcement along with the side shuttering, including intermediate blisters.

P.S.C. Girder Shuttering  P.S.C. Girder shuttering of height 2250 mm height & length of mm.  Client: Satav Infrastructure Limited.  Prestigious Project of NH – 4. B.O.T. For N.H.A.I.

Panchagutta Flyover  Under HUDA the flyover formwork was done by us with Elliptical Flair in 4 meters portion.  Client: M/s. Gammon India Limited.  Including Rubber Lining done by us.

D Shape Tunnel Formwork 5500mmHt X 5000mm (W)X6000mm long  D. Shaped Tunnel Form work with window arrangement for pouring of concrete, the frame done using high tensile steel thus reducing the weight of formwork, internal clear opening 3.5 X 3 meters for Dumper to pass thru for disposal of Mucking inside the tunnel thus enabling parallel, construction activities going on.  Client: M/s. Tunnel Shuttering  D Shaped Tunnel formwork done way back in Very Light in weight using the truss type arrangement.  Client M/s. Mudhcon Projects Limited  D Shaped Tunnel formwork for MKDVC Project ( Water Tunnel )  5 meters ( W) X ( H ) X 6 meters long.  Client: M/s. Parwani Builders (P) Limited.  Site: Kolhapur

Tunnel Formwork.  Total Length of the tunnel 7 Kilometers.  Site: Devikhindi.   Side lining for tunnel.  7 meters wide, 3.6 meters Height & 6 meters long formwork.  Client : P.V.R Projects Limited.  With all window arrangements & pneumatic vibrators.

Retaining Walls  Retaining wall casted in single pour of height of 7300 mm.  Length of Trench 2 Kilometers.  1 side support only the other side rock was there over cut up t0 1 meter in some places.  Client: Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Limited  Site : Ranjangaon.  Total Tons: Approximate 100 Tons.

Shuttering designed for PT Salb  Ply wood plates specially designed for Post Tensions Slabs.  Where in only primary grid required secondary grid not required.  High Tensile Channels placed over the Stirrup heads & plates directly over that.

Plywood plates.  Plate Gives over 120 reputations.  All Standard components are used.  Weight of the plates much lighter that wall forms. Just 33 Kg per meter square.

Cuplock System  Cuplock system supplied for defense building.  27 meters height.  Beam of 1200mm Height & 24 meters span.  Slab Thickness 400 mm  Using Plywood Plates.  Client: Vijay Nirman Co P Limited.
