Online Filing of EM (I & II) Formation of Project Management Unit at Ministry (NIC-MSME & Odisha) Preparation of Master Data related to respective state should be Provided to PMU in advance before training can be resumed Identify Nodal Officer from Department of MSME, Directorate of Industries and NIC state Unit Co-Ordinate with Ministry of MSME, NIC (MSME and Odisha) and fix a date to conduct training on the application at state capital. Expenditure of the Training team and logistic support to be provided by the state Create a State Level Project Management Unit (SPMU) PMU will conduct training on application to the SPMU officers and all GM,DIC. Create a Pool of Master Trainers by SPMU Conduct the regular training of DIC Officials at state Level Resolve the grievances received through Help Desk Review the implementation of Project monthly once and send the report to PMU.

Responsibilities of SPMU SPMU will Responsible for the following – Infrastructure – Hardware at DIC Level and its maintenance – Power Supply – Internet Connectivity – Capacity Building – Of DIC Officials – Creation of Awareness – State can conduct awareness by dividing the state into different regions and hold the workshop where entrepreneurs will be invited to attend and share their views. – Establishment of Help Desk – Review the Progress
