Service Desk & Work Orders Your point of contact for support and repairs. Contact us at: or Hours of Service – 7am – 5pm *Open until 6pm for School Opening. Want to learn more about the ‘Footprints’ work order system? Videos will be coming soon to MyLearningPlan. Watch for the first video titled ‘Footprints Self-Service Portal’ closer to school opening.

Service Desk & Work Orders Within the work order system, you can reset your own password, and set up security questions.

Service Desk & Work Orders A knowledge base of FAQ’s are provided for self- service assistance.

School Support Associates (SSA) School Support Associates provide technical support and instructs staff in the use of network, , hardware, software and peripheral equipment in your School or Department. They will have assigned schools, so that you will have a consistent person supporting your technical needs. There are currently 41 SSA’s across the district.

School Support Associates SSA’s are the Technology support arm of the District.

Instructional Technology Analysts Instructional Technology Analysts (ITA) can be your content knowledge and integration experts, but not a replacement for IT Tech Support. ITA's can help address Integration of Technology in the classroom and in content areas. ITA's can model Best Practice lessons with Teachers and Students using current classroom technologies. ITA's can provide resources and information relating to new techniques and practices that enable students to use technology as a learning tool.

Instructional Technology Analysts ITA's can provide Instructional Technology Professional Development to help meet curriculum goals. ITA's can meet with PLCs to review data and match up technology based resources to further student achievement. ITA's can assist with evaluation of current, new and innovative technologies for the classroom. ITA's can promote the district goals outlined in the current Technology Plan. ITA's can be your liaison between your School and Information Technology.

Instructional Technology Analysts There are 25 ITA’s spread across the District. During In-Service week, the ITA assigned to your school will come by to introduce themselves. They will have assigned schedules and can share specific information with you.

Computer Account Agreement Each employee who works on a computer or has a Shelby County Schools account will need to read and sign this form during the week of in-service. This form will replace forms signed prior to July 1, All Schools and Departments will need to sign the new form.

Computer Account Agreement These forms should be returned to Information Technology when completed. Please send ALL forms from your School or Department at one time. Please alphabetize forms prior to sending. Please send by August, 5, 2013.
