In respect to a content – it is a combination of education and entertainment center („edutainment“), designed for various target groups – children and youth, elderly people, tourists, sport fans, business teams. Smart Orb visitors are mainly grouped into mini groups (2 – 5 people), participants of which try pass a route together – specially equipped and designed rooms, by solving variously encrypted puzzles inside the area. Having found a suitable solution to a puzzle – a key, a group is allowed to proceed to another room – level or return in case of a failure. Puzzles are overcome by all age groups, they encompass intellectual (perception, observation, logic elements) as well as physical elements. This is a fantastic way not only to spend leisure activities, develop and educate, but also improve team work skills and mutual understanding. Smart Orb – expansion of innovations 10/23/ INNOVATIVE SOLUTION For emotional advertisement, education as well business THE SMART ORB IS ONE OF PROJECTS WHICH COULD BE IMPLEMENTED IN RECREATIONAL AREAS AS A “NEW WAVE” OF ENTERTAINMENT AND LEISURE. * SOME PHOTOS OF THIS PRESENTATION IS FROM WEB SITE

Smart Orb infrastructural solution: in its form, it is a closed (25 rooms), spherical construction, mobile, easily assembled and dismantled system, which does not require complex establishment or legal, arrangement procedures and is easily built in any setting. It can simply function on its own or be an additional center of an attraction close to public and business areas (sport centers, museums, entertainment and leisure centers) during any season of the year, easily transported from one area to another. Smart Orb – expansion of innovations 10/23/ SMART ORB – FOR SCIENS or... FOOTBALL Main technical parameters: Floor area of 1 st storey – 96m2. Floor area of 2 nd storey – 49m2. Building’s outside dimensions – diameter 11m, height 5,5m. Electrical power in use – 6 kW. Assembly time with a full equipment – 3-5 days.

Families, friends or colleagues having visited the Smart Orb once return again and again – splendid mood, engaging puzzles, encrypted secrets, enthusiasm make a wonderful composition of attraction and image. On the other hand it is a perfect place of knowledge, new experience and development. Smart Orb content (one or combined topics can be selected) includes science, geography, history, new technologies, sports, culture, business and etc. For example, one of the topics can be a testing of a “team IQ” – participant groups having finded encrypted solutions in Smart Orb rooms can measure their general IQ, skills to collectively find and make decisions. Without a doubt, SMART ORB can have one specific field – SCIENCE, TOURISM, CHOCOLATE, IT, BANKS, FOOTBALL etc Smart Orb – expansion of innovations 10/23/

Smart Orb – inovacijų ekspansija To vary the content, modern equipment and software will be used – for example, in order to proceed to another “level” (room) it will be necessary to use internet, send MMS or find and use various features - Skype, Google, YouTube, Bluetooth and etc. Smart Orb is easily placed in any setting, as well as is easily adjusted in linguistic and cultural environment of various countries. Project’s originality and mobility, appeal, rather low price, clearly established value and other advantages might have a rather huge potential in popularization of particular field of activity as well as in attracting and engaging various target groups (pupils, spectators, fans, tourists, etc.) in football or separate events. Smart Orb – expansion of innovations 10/23/ Through gaming – to an innovative promotion When planning theme scenarios it is intended to pay attention to interests and needs of a specific client - for example municipalities, clubs, shopping centers or business structures.

A standard 25 room Smart Orb model should payback in 1-2 year. The different versions of the construction with number of rooms is available. The price of standard model, including a full equipment set, delivery and assembly in any place of European Union is approx 250 thousand EURO, with a concluded a partnership agreement, following basic principles listed: - client arranges localization (territory rent), communication issues and necessary formal licenses (permits), purchases the model; - operational function executed by the Smart Orb group; - received revenue – including, but not limiting to souvenirs sale and deducting operational and exploitation expenses are shared in equal parts between the client and Smart Orb group. Smart Orb – expansion of innovations 10/23/ Phone Smart Orb content in each case is composed based on a topic, advertisement, cultural, linguistic and other aspects, arranged with a client. Approximate time from the start of a Smart Orb order until commencement of activities: 3-6 months, depending to the content. SMART ORB – INVESTMENT WITH FAST PAYBACK
