We have Art and Music instruction because: vEnables teachers to work toward your child’s total well-rounded development… bodymindspirit Scientific research has proven that half the brain will not develop properly without music and creative experiences.

The vehicle for total growth of the child. A child’s innate capacity for musical responses indicates his basic need for music, a need that must be met if he is to become a completely mature adult. The earlier that tonal sound is brought into the child’s world, the more aware and sensitive he becomes to his total environment. Children need repeated experiences in:  Creativity  Skill development  Personal experiences  Group Participation  Self-realization  Mind-stretching… in order to cope with and improve their fast-changing society, and maintain an inner stability and sense of well-being.

Through... LISTENING MOVING SINGING PLAYING AN INSTRUMENT These experiences can become a reality for every child!

“We must give our children knowledge and understanding of civilization’s most profound works.” “The quality of civilization can be measured through it’s music, dance, drama, architecture, visual art, and literature.” “It is not a frill, but a necessary part of communication.” ART is humanity’s most essential, most universal language.
