“In Pursuit of Excellence”

 We are a team of bright-minded visionaries focusing on promoting and showcasing current and upcoming talent in the areas of sports, entertainment, comedy and fashion.

 We will operate as a limited liability company to keep the liability limited to the company. As well, the owner’s assets are protected from all claims against the company and members will avoid double taxation.  Our shows will be copyrighted and we will seek legal action against all who violate our provision.  Our shows will be educational, entertaining and informative.

 Tell-A-Vision is a 501c3 media cooperation organized under a premium channel focused on sports, entertainment (short films, music videos and commercials), local upcoming talent, comedy and fashion.  Our goal is to inform and educate individuals on today’s African American community.  Our demographics are African Americans from the age of 13 to 45 years old.  One can view our videos on youtube.com and blogs are coming soon.  Within our video production segment, we produce quality short films, music videos and commercials.  Within our television segment, we offer a premium channel that highlights sports, entertainment, comedy, fashion and upcoming talent.

 The team will provide $10,000 capital investment.  There will be an additional $30,000 raised in a short-term loan.  In the first quarter of operation, we expect to spend about $20,000.  Over the remaining three quarters, we estimated costs of about $5,000 mostly in administrative, marketing, and maintenance.

 Obtain sponsors to assist in financing our start up.  After initial startup and acquiring some satisfied customers, we will seek to obtain a business loan.  Each month we will review our results and customer base.  Evaluate the positive and negatives of current operations.  Seek feedback on areas for improvement.

 The company will have a comprehensive marketing, advertising, and promotion campaign that will maximize word-of mouth marketing and will consist of radio, printed material, billboards and discounts.  Tell-A-Vision estimate sales over $100,000 in the first year and $200,00 by the third year.

 Tell-A-Vision will use local radio as one means for promotion. ◦ Radio advertisement will be used for the first six months to establish customer awareness and product attractiveness. ◦ Mailers and flyers to schools and colleges will then be used to advertise sales promotions, bringing in customers.
