Online Access and Use You should have recorded your own user name and password at registration. To access your online tests and information use following slides. We start by going to

Review all tabs then Please go to Online exams

First time test takers must register for the exam. Start by going to Modern Real Estate Practice Quizzes. Select chapter 1-2 exam

First time users must register for testing. On the right hand side we need your first and last name. Please use the same username and password. Hit sign up

Once you are signed up for the exams please log in using your user name and password you created and hit login

Your are ready to start the first quiz Next time you log into take a quiz you will not need to register.

Testing Required All quizzes online must be completed prior to graduation from the class. The National and Colorado Final exams must be completed. All tests in the Modern Real Estate book and PSI study guide must be completed and verified by an instructor or small group leader prior to completion.

Reading Required Read and do all end of chapter questions in Modern Real Estate Show your leader. Take online quizzes by chapter. Read and complete all tests in the PSI guide. Read the Guide to passing the Colorado test and go over in class with your leader. Read chapters 1-3, 8, 13, 14-18, 20 and take online quizzes 1-4

Congratulations! You are ready to study for the state PSI exam. Set your testing date early. Don’t let time pass between graduation and testing. No more than 2 weeks if possible. Set aside three full days to study before the test. Go over the end of book test in PSI. There is an option on to purchase online trials of the exam. $25

Colorado Test Go over the entire Guide to passing the Colorado exam. You must read again all the chapters in the Colorado Real Estate Manual from Dora. As a reminder contracts, closing and broker relations have more than half the total questions on the test. Chapters 14,16,18
