Levels of Change Management First level –Generic –Applicable to any type of change Second level –Specific –Applicable to a particular type of change 5

Benefits of Change Management Help to recognise the importance of human dynamics Help to develop the relationships you need Act as a map for guiding action to “stay the course” 6
