Objective 2: Downloading Communities from the Hub Search ‘All communities’ only There are a number of ways that you can download communities from the Hub. You can filter specific communities by Key Stage or Subject. You can do a generic search for a particular topic to see what communities are available on that topic. Clicking on the ‘All Lesson Plans’ only button allows you to download the lesson plan as either a Word Document or as a PDF file. Clicking on the lesson plan will present you with another screen. You will need to click on the ‘Download To...’ button to then save the document to your computer. Clicking on the ‘Quizzes’ or ‘Surveys’ button allows you to download the individual quiz or survey to a community of your choice. Clicking on an individual quiz/survey will allow you to ‘Download To...’ a selected community of your choice. Click on the ‘Back’ button. Locate the community that you have downloaded the quiz/survey to. You will notice that the quiz will be available under the quiz feature. Downloaded surveys will be located in the survey feature. Clicking on an individual quiz/survey will allow you to ‘Download To...’ a selected community of your choice. Click on the ‘Back’ button. Examples of communities that can be downloaded from the Hub Adding and Subtraction, World War II and Florence Nightingale are three examples of communities that are available in the Hub.
