InsFocus BI Targets Module FOR MANAGEMENT & DISTRIBUTION OF TARGETS 1

ABOUT INSFOCUS BI TARGETS  InsFocus BI Targets Module is a supplement to InsFocus BI  It is designed for two main tasks revolving agent targets & campaigns:  Management – definition of agent targets and campaign goals  Distribution – sending PDF letters in batches to agents  The module resides inside InsFocus BI System Center and connects seamlessly to the InsFocus BI back-end  All targets and definitions reside in a dedicated database which can be easily backed up daily 2

DEFINING TARGET GROUPS  A target groups window allows easy definition of target groups  Target group definitions include:  Name  Target/campaign date range  Main dimension (e.g. agent targets)  Secondary dimensions (e.g. product)  Target types (e.g. premiums, policies) 3

DEFINING TARGETS  A dedicated targets screen allow definition of targets per group  Table shows total targets at all time  A “quick fill” with templates is available. For example, if for each agent we have a total target, split between months 2/13 for January and then 1/13 for other months, one click will fill in targets for the whole year. 4

TARGETS DISTRIBUTION  The target distribution module allows using Word document templates for the design of the targets  The document template uses placeholders that connect to tables or charts from within InsFocus  Automatic distribution is done to e- mail via PDF  Backup of all PDFs sent and a full log are kept for validation and reference 5
