Overview of the DL module The module consists of 4 units: Unit 1: Thinking strategically about DL Unit 2: Focus on students Unit 3: Flexible learning in a digitally rich world Unit 4: Inclusive and sustainable learning

Notionally each unit consists of: Diagnostics/reflection - 1hr Engagement with unit content/reading - 5hrs Peer/tutor interaction - 5hrs Interaction with others outside the module - 2hrs Formative assessment - 2hrs

Overall structure of each learning unit: Aims and outcomes Introduction to the topic and indicative content Reflection on prior experiences Directed reading tasks Interacting with others activities Formative assessment work
