Personal Outcomes Writer: I never thought I would see my name in print in this way. It has raised my profile here and also provided novel Christmas presents for the family! Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this project and share what worked and what didnt. The other cases have given me so many ideas too. Reader: This was really thought-provoking – as I read it I reflected Do I do that? Can I do that? Why dont I at least try that? I am amazed by the range covered and particularly by the honesty. We have all hit the buffers with a project but real learning is shown here from why things did not work.
