DETERMINING WHICH STUDENTS ARE TESTED Collaborate with counselors or the person who handles class scheduling to determine which courses provide graduation credit in the four EOC content areas Pull an adhoc report for each of these courses Collaborate with teachers to determine which of the students will and/or will not be successfully completing (passing all components)the course. Compare this list to the list of students on the Data Management Center to determine any students who have previously tested. When in doubt order a test! Order units based upon the number of students who will most likely complete the assessment. When in doubt order a test! The Testing Unit will automatically order a small overage for you.
