Habitat Smilodons lived in North and South America.

Appearance Smilodons are brown, white and has black ears and has sharp claws and it brown and black spots and it has sharp white fangs and it long fur around it’s neck.

Diet Smilodons are carnivores. They eat bison ,elk , deer, mammoth, and mastodons.

Motion Smilodons walked on 4 legs and it could run very fast.

Ancestors/Descendents Smilodons descendents are clouded leopards.

Predators Smilodons enemies were the giant short faced bear ,the American lion ,and the dire wolf.

Life Span Smilodons lived to 50 to70 years
