Implementation Timelines Fall, Work with GPCC to get graduate proposals using the paper process through the curriculum levels January, Begin online implementation for graduate curriculum proposals Spring, Work with UPCC to get undergraduate proposals using the paper process through the curriculum levels August, Begin online implementation for undergraduate curriculum proposals Note: The final phase of the Curriculog implementation will be integration with Banner, which is occurring behind the scenes.

Online Trainings Three types of online training: – Proposal originators Complete curriculum proposal forms – Curriculum Committee Chairs and Faculty Administrators Review and make comments on proposal forms Make decisions on curriculum proposal forms Curriculum Committee Chairs only: set up meeting agendas and use the system for curriculum meetings – Curriculum Committee Members Review curriculum proposal forms

Online Training Roll-Out Beginning December: – Available to individuals involved with graduate curriculum proposals Beginning May: – Available to individuals involved with undergraduate curriculum proposals Note: As faculty/staff complete user training for each role type, they will be allowed access to that particular Curriculog role in the system.
