“Wired Up” Quarterly Agenda 1 st Quarter (Pg. 3 & 4) Launching of 1 st 8 Week On-going Health Management Program “Celebrity Weight Loss” January 26 th – March 20 th “Celebrity Weight Loss” – Keep your identity and pick the celebrity of your choice and compete for the greatest % of weight lost. For a second twist and to benefit those who are of a healthy weight, compete to maintain over the course of the program.

2 nd Quarter (Pg. 3 & 4) Launching 2 nd 5 Week On-going Health Management Program “Targeted… Triglycerides & HDL” March 30 th – April 30 th “Targeted… Triglycerides & HDL” – Take advantage of the opportunity to “Target” two of the numbers on your blood work for cold hard cash. If your Triglycerides and HDL is already in range, simply maintain this number. If it is out of range, simply improve it by the designated percentage. You will be rewarded for each or both of these numbers if you meet the criteria of the program. Health Assessments (April 1 st – May 1 st 2015) Blood Work (May 1 st – June 1 st 2015).

3 rd Quarter (Pg. 3 & 4) Launching 3 rd 8 Week On-going Health Management Program “Body Mechanics” July 6 th – August 28 th “Body Mechanics” – Look at the management of your body to improve/maintain optimal function. You don’t know how much you love it until you lose it. This program will give an opportunity to evaluate the ergonomics of joints and common painful problem areas. Learn new ways to manage. In addition, you’ll learn how to minimize pain and strengthen areas that bother you. Delivery of Results/Health Coaching (August 2015)

4 th Quarter (Pg. 3 & 4) October – All about the Ladies… We’ll celebrate the ladies and focus on women’s health issues November – All about the Fellas… We’ll celebrate the men and focus on men’s health issues.
