Lead Process Form Required Information What is the organization’s current Internet Provider? What is the organization’s current type of Internet Service: DSL, Cable Broadband,T1 or above T1? Is the organization comprised of a single location or multi- locations? What is your relationship to the organization? What is the current number of telephone lines in the organization’s primary location? What are the number of current telephone handsets in the organization? Does the organization wish to keep their existing phone numbers, get new phone numbers or a mixture of both?
How to Submit a Lead Leads will be entered into Lead Entry Portal via MyACN for Representatives. Once received, each lead will be processed by the ACN Sales Team
How to Submit a Lead If information is missing or incorrect, the lead will be rejected. Representatives can check the status of their leads in the Lead Entry Portal.
From the product page in MyACN for Representatives click DigitalTalk
Click on the Lead Entry Portal button
To submit a new lead, click Create
Enter all the required prospect information and click Save
To view information on submitted leads, click on the prospect name from the Lead Entry Home Page
You can then view specific information about your lead
You can also view the status of the submitted lead
Lead Status Codes New: A new lead that has not been assigned to an inside ACN Sales Agent Assigned: Lead has been assigned to an inside ACN Sales Agent In Process: Lead is in active status and being worked on Converted: Lead was successfully converted into an order Recycled: There is no opportunity with lead at this time Returned: More information is needed; Representative will need to contact the customer Dead: There is no opportunity with this lead and/or bad data was provided with lead
