1)What's the diagnosis?  Lid retraction most likely due to Grave’s disease 2)Mention 4 sign of Thyrotoxicosis in the eye?

 Lid retraction  Lid lag  Exophthalmos  Chemosis  Loss of hair in the outer third of the eyebrows ( hypo thyriod)  Diplopia  Peri-orbital puffiness  These are the important things to be mentioned in the eye examination
