Curious George See the trees from the forest. I recently broke a bone in my foot. Surprisingly, it healed rather quickly and I want to return to exercising and playing sports. However, rushing back to physical fitness is not a smart idea because it increases the risk of causing further damage to the tendons and liniments. I would be wise to see the trees from the forest.
