Training so far… Successful 1 to 2 year courses – SMTC (Tuesdays in Haywards Heath) – SMBTC (Eastbourne and Angmering) – depth, but big time (and travel) commitment

Training so far… Mixed success with half-day training events – e.g. ‘Come and See’ ~100 from ~15 churches – Very good but... Many not reached – Distance? Ownership? Buy-in? Highly time-constrained; intensive
