INGREDIENTS ½ pear (plate) ½ pear (plate) 50g summer fruits (plate) 50g summer fruits (plate) 25g margarine (saucer) 25g margarine (saucer) 50g plain flour (bowl) 50g plain flour (bowl) 15ml oats (cup) 15ml oats (cup) 20ml soft brown sugar (cup) 20ml soft brown sugar (cup)

METHOD 1. Collect equipment and ingredients. 2. Switch oven onto 180°C/Gas Mark Peel and chop pear and place in foil container. Spoon the summer fruits over the pear. 4. Cut margarine up into small pieces. Rub margarine into flour until it looks like fine breadcrumbs. 5. Stir in the soft brown sugar and oats. 6. Spoon the crumble mixture over the fruit. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 7. Wash up.

METHOD 7. Ask teacher to check your unit. 8. Collect a foil lid. 9. Carefully remove crumble from the oven using oven gloves.
