Task 1 – Checking the Breadth of the Priority 1.Divide into priority groups. 2.Silently read materials at table (5 min) 3.Checking the breadth of the priority: – Is the priority comprehensive enough? Are we thinking big enough? 4.Record the content buckets that sit underneath the priority umbrella.
Task 2 – Draft Key Outcomes What’s the change you want to see in RI as a result of this priority? 1.Brainstorm, discuss & craft recommended outcomes (10 min)
