What is the four way test ?

“Of the things we think, say or do: 1. Is it the Truth? 2. Is it fair to all Concerned? 3. Will it build goodwill and better Friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? Developed by Herbert J. Taylor in 1932 for private industry it was adopted by Rotary International in 1943.

What is/are the Rotary Mottos?

“Service above Self” and “He Profits Most Who Serves Best” were both adopted as official mottoes at the 1950 RI Convention. However the 1989 Council on Legislation adopted the principal motto: Service Above Self
