An employee resigning or whose services where terminated any day on or before June 30 forfeits his clothing subsidy.*

COMPUTER LOAN Persons EligibleDetailsConditions All regular employees with pay levels 3 & up who have rendered at least two (2) years of continuous service. Credit limit is based on the employee’s pay level: P20, – Pay Level 3 P30, – Pay Level 4 P40, – Pay Level 5 P50, – Pay Level 6 & up It is payable in twenty four (24) pay days at an interest date of ten (10) percent per annum. six (6)

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL INCENTIVE Persons EligibleDetailsConditions All employees Only applies to permanent / contractual, with minimum contract duration of three (3) months, technical positions that do not need to undergo trainings When the referred hire has completed at least three (3) months of active service, the referring employee will automatically receive the incentive amounting to P5,000.00, subject to taxes, in his/her payroll bank account Exemption: executive / managerial level, employees in the Human Resources, individuals referring their own direct or indirect reports into their own department, and the hiring supervisor of the open position

MEAL AND TRANSPORTATION SUBSIDY Persons EligibleDetailsConditions All employees occupying pay level 5 During Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, meal subsidy is equivalent to sixty pesos (P60.00) for the first eight hours of work and an additional sixty pesos (P60.00) for work rendered beyond eight (8) hours. Covered employees shall receive a transportation subsidy of (P 60.00) for the excess 4 hours of work rendered, provided that the work ends between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. OT is approved

TRAINING FOR FAMILY MEMBERS Persons EligibleDetailsConditions All regular employees who have rendered an aggregate service of at least five (5) years regardless of rank. Entitled to send their immediate family members to attend the company’s training Twelve (12) days classroom training Immediate family member covers parents, siblings, spouse and children. TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE Persons EligibleDetailsConditions All employees 150% of actual difference between residence to CPI Office and residence to the client’s site.
