Summary  The specific project management process must be chosen for project  The main process groups are Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing  Project integration management processes intended to identify and coordinate other project management processes  Initiation and Planning processes define the project baseline whereas Execution, and Monitoring and Controlling processes intended to fulfil the project according this baseline taken into consideration possible changes.
