4 Changes to Web Governance Team Process and Forms Three meetings with WGT (instead of two) 1.Concept meeting - NEW Meet with WGT before starting any Web/digital project No form required Ensures we are meeting the new DOE Web Policy Sets you up for success by knowing all requirements up front before spending time and money 2.Project charter meeting Formalizes project scope from concept meeting Updated project charter form 3.Go live meeting Final check in to ensure all federal, DOE, and EERE requirements are met If appropriate, ensures Google Analytics account is established.

5 Roles and Responsibilities between EERE WGT and PA EERE WGT Is the governing body over EERE’s website Serves as a review board for exceptions to DOE Web Policy If WGT believes an exception is warranted, it will facilitate exception request to PA If exception is approved by PA, WGT will get approval in writing If exception is approved, WGT will be primary communication facilitator between PA and the project team. PA Manages energy.gov including Drupal environment Owns DOE Web Policy Must approve any sites or projects requesting exceptions to energy.gov template or central hosting.
