Unique Features Baccalaureate degree programs Include humanities and sciences Philosophy – not viable on campus – now turning away qualified students online History – average entering student with significantly higher grade point than on campus Master degree programs Nearly 400 teachers from tiny towns, large and small cities in Teacher Leadership program MIS attracting students around the world

Demographics Students reside in 47 states and numerous countries Average age is 35.4 (both in graduate and undergraduate programs – measured separately) Higher percentage of women (nearly 60%) 42% of UIS students are taking at least one online class this term ~25% of credit hours generated in online classes
