PURPOSE TO DEVELOP A REGIONAL PLAN FOR THE FUTURE OF THE SOUTHWEST REGION OF NH.

OBJECTIVES… Incorporate existing plans and research Protect our region’s unique character Conserve our existing resources Plan for public infrastructure Prioritize future investments

Focus on… Integrate Planning Extensive Public Outreach and Engagement Coordinated Statewide Framework

PROJECT TIMEFRAME Statewide Coordination -Select Metrics and Evaluation Measurements -Establish Coordinated Statewide Priorities -Complete Existing Conditions and Trends -Develop Metrics, Data Collection, and GIS Framework -Partner Coordination and Integration of Plans Regional Planning -ID and Create Regional Leadership Team -Establish Regional Outreach Strategies -Assist Statewide Framework Development -Conduct Regional Visioning Sessions -Perform Regional Needs Assessment -Devlop Regional Goals and Priorities -Develop Plan Components -Complete Implementation Strategies -Prioritize Projects Statewide Consensus -Complete Review of Regional Plans -Consolidate Plans Into Statewide Framework -Ongoing Technical Assistance
