Lets Make Amends A Two-Thirds vote is needed in BOTH houses to Amend the constitution OR When a constitutional convention is called by Two-Thirds the states and approved by Three-Fourths of the states No state can be denied suffrage in any constitutional convention
Article 6: Supremacy of the National Government The Constitution, national laws, and treaties are the supreme and highest laws of the land. All governments must promise to support the constitution.
