poverty POVERTY IS A SITUATION OR WAY OF LIFE THAT ARISES AS A RESULT OF THE INABILITY TO ACCESS OR LACK OF RESOURCES TO MEET BASIC HUMAN NEEDS PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WEAR THAT AFFECT THE LEVEL AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF PEOPLE, SUCH AS FOOD, HOUSING, EDUCATION, HEALTH CARE OR ACCESS TO POTABLE WATER. OFTEN ALSO THEY CONSIDER THE LACK OF MEANS TO ACCESS THOSE RESOURCES, SUCH AS UNEMPLOYMENT, LACK OF INCOME OR A LOW LEVEL THEREOF. IT MAY ALSO BE THE RESULT OF PROCESSES OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION, SOCIAL SEGREGATION OR MARGINALIZATION. IN MANY COUNTRIES OF THE THIRD WORLD, POVERTY IS WHEN YOU CAN NOT MEET THE NEEDS INCLUDED IN THE BASIC FOOD BASKET.

URBAN POVERTY AND RURAL POVERTY  The rural poverty rate is twice that of urban poverty. However, urban poverty is increasing. While Latin America most of the poor are specified in cities in China, Eastern Europe and Central Asia it happens ruralization of poverty. The high level of urban poverty is due to the migration of people from rural areas to urban areas (eg finding a better paid, better quality of health and education services). However, urbanization has a positive impact on overall poverty. General poverty rates are lower the greater the proportion of the population.

Global poverty  Poverty in the world reflects alarming figures that talk about the level of human development in many countries. Extreme poverty is a very bad phenomenon that allows individuals to develop, exploit their potential and pursue their projects Some facts about poverty in the world:  2,800 million people, almost half the world's population, live in poverty.  More than 1,000 million people live on less than a dollar a day.  Poverty in the world is also reflected in inequality: 20% of the world's population holds 90% of the wealth.  One child in five has no access to primary education, 80% of refugees are women and children.  Poverty in the world can also be determined by the level of education: 876 million adults are illiterate, of whom two thirds are women.  Every day, 30,000 children under 5 die from diseases that could have been avoided.  In developing countries, more than one child in ten will not age 5.  More than 500,000 women die each year during pregnancy or childbirth.  Today, 42 million people living with the AIDS virus, of which 39 million live in developing countries.

poorest countries in the world 1. Zambia 86% population 2. Franja de Gaza 83% population. 3. Zimbawe 80% population. 4. Chad 80% population. 5. Moldova 80% population. 6. Haití 80% population. 7. Liberia 80% population. 8. Guatemala 75% population. 9. Surinam 70% population. 10. Angola 70% population.

RESPONSIBLE  The causes that cause poverty are the most varied depending on the viewpoint from which position is taken. Lack of resources, lack of production, maldistribution of wealth, etc.; They are the most common excuses to justify their existence. But these examples are actions, they are human acts (poverty is a human made). There is someone who is responsible for distributing these resources and wealth, and boost production. Someone responds by generating poverty.  Those responsible for this are not only the rich businessmen, governors, etc. They also each of the people by not seeking or doing things well whether decent work for stand or work in something, they seek are the easy things which are still being in poverty, because not everyone is in this situation is because the searches themselves.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION  Poverty can never be eradicated, because although there are many poor product of the exploitation of man by man. Many people also choose to be poor because they do not like to study or work, and of course, no one will give anything away. If someone tells you that the solution lies in Socialism or Communism, you realize that in these countries the wealth is not distributed as they say their rulers if not that poverty is shared and all are alike but all poor.
