Mary’s Boy Child
Long time ago in Bethlehem, So the Holy Bible say,
Mary’s boy child Jesus Christ, Was born on Christmas Day.
Hark, now hear the angels sing, A new king born today,
And man will live for evermore, Because of Christmas Day.
While shepherds watched their flocks by night, They saw a bright new shining star,
They heard a choir from Heaven sing, The music came from afar.
Hark, now hear the angels sing, A new king born today,
And man will live for evermore, Because of Christmas Day.
Now Joseph and his wife, Mary, came to Bethlehem that night,
They found no place to bear her child, not a single room was in sight.
Hark, now hear the angels sing, a new king born today,
And man will live for evermore, Because of Christmas Day.
By and by they found a nook in a stable all forlorn,
And in a manger cold and dark, Mary’s little boy was born.
Hark, now hear the angels sing, A new king born today,
And man will live for evermore, Because of Christmas Day.
Trumpets sound and angels sing, and angels sing, listen to what they say,
That man will live for evermore, because of Christmas Day.
Trumpets sound and angels sing, listen to what they say,
That man will live for evermore, because of Christmas Day.

Scripture Luke 2: 1-7 Scripture Taken from the Holy Bible Today’s New International Version
Luke 2: 1-7 The Birth of Jesus Luke 2: 1-7 The Birth of Jesus 2 In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2(This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3And everyone went to their own town to register. 4So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David.
Luke 2: 1-7 The Birth of Jesus Luke 2: 1-7 The Birth of Jesus 5He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. 6While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.

Above All
Above all powers Above all kings
Above all nature and All created things
Above all wisdom and all the ways of man
You were here before the world began
Above all kingdoms Above all thrones
Above all wonders the world has ever known
Above all wealth and treasures of the earth
There's no way to measure What You're worth
Crucified, Laid behind the stone
You lived to die, rejected and alone
Like a rose, trampled on the ground
You took the fall and thought of me
Above all
Above all powers Above all kings
Above all nature and all created things
Above all wisdom and all the ways of man

Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost, but now I’m found, was blind but now I see.
T’was grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace my fears relieved.
How precious did that grace appear, the hour I first believed.
My chains are gone. I’ve been set free, my God, my Savior has ransomed me.
And like a flood His mercy reigns, unending love, Amazing grace.
The lord has promised good to me, His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be, as long as life endures.
My chains are gone. I’ve been set free, my God, my Savior has ransomed me.
And like a flood His mercy reigns, unending love, Amazing grace.
My chains are gone. I’ve been set free, my God, my Savior has ransomed me.
And like a flood His mercy reigns, unending love, Amazing grace.

The Wonderful Cross
When I survey the wondrous cross On which the Prince of Glory died
My richest gain I count but loss And pour contempt on all my pride
See from His head His hands His feet Sorrow and love flow mingled down
Did e'er such love and sorrow meet Or thorns compose so rich a crown
Oh the wonderful cross Oh the wonderful cross
Bids me come and die and find That I may truly live
Oh the wonderful cross Oh the wonderful cross
All who gather here by grace Draw near and bless Your name
Were the whole realm of nature mine That were an offering far too small
Love so amazing so divine Demands my soul my life my all
Oh the wonderful cross Oh the wonderful cross
Bids me come and die and find That I may truly live
Oh the wonderful cross Oh the wonderful cross
All who gather here by grace Draw near and bless Your name
Turn Your eyes upon Jesus, Look full in His wonderful face.
And the things of Earth will look strangely dim, In the light of His glory and grace.

Hosanna
Praise is rising, Eyes are turning to You. We turn to You.
Hope is stirring, Hearts are yearning for You; We long for You;
‘Cause when we see You, We find strength to face the day.
In Your presence all our fears are washed away,
Washed away.
Hosanna, hosanna, You are the God who saves us, Worthy of all our praises;
Hosanna, hosanna, Come have Your way among us;
We welcome You here Lord Jesus.
Hear the sound of hearts returning to You; We turn to You;
In Your kingdom broken hearts are made new; You make us new
‘Cause when we see You, We find strength to face the day.
In Your presence all our fears are washed away,
Washed away.
Hosanna, hosanna, You are the God who saves us, Worthy of all our praises;
Hosanna, hosanna, Come have Your way among us;
We welcome You here Lord Jesus.

Luke 1: The Birth of Jesus Foretold 29Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. 30But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. 31You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus.
Luke 1: The Birth of Jesus Foretold 32He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, 33and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end.” 34“How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”
Luke 1: The Birth of Jesus Foretold 35The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called b the Son of God.
Luke 1: The Birth of Jesus Foretold 36Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be unable to conceive is in her sixth month. 37For no word from God will ever fail.” Luke 1: The Birth of Jesus Foretold 36Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be unable to conceive is in her sixth month. 37For no word from God will ever fail.”
Luke 1: The Birth of Jesus Foretold 38“I am the Lord’s servant,” Mary answered. “May it be to me according to your word.” Then the angel left her.

Joys & Concerns
The Lord’s Prayer Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name, Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen
He Sent A Carpenter
In a manger filled with hay, The Virgin Mother’s baby lay While shepherds stood there trembling at the sight
This child was the King of Kings But God who knows and sees all things
Sent a simple man to show the world the light
He sent a carpenter, a carpenter to build His kingdom here
A carpenter, He sent a carpenter To build on faith not fear
The proof lay in those nail scarred hands So every heart could understand He sent a carpenter to build his kingdom here
His father’s house here on earth Was built on faith and by his works
Grew strong just like the rock it stood upon
Then God spoke to His only Son And told him that his job was done
When the last nail was finally driven home
He sent a carpenter, a carpenter to build His kingdom here
A carpenter, He sent a carpenter To build on faith not fear
The proof lay in those nail scarred hands So every heart could understand He sent a carpenter to build his kingdom here
The proof lay in those nail scarred hands So every heart could understand
He sent a carpenter to build his kingdom here; He sent a carpenter to build his kingdom here
See You Next Week!
