Training the team  curriculum for initial training: 7 x 90 min.  advanced trainings (e.g. with Eifert, Sonntag, Martz)  ACT-Days 2013 at the hospital with workshops and presentations  further in-house trainings (presentations, workshops, literature)  cooperation and exchange between team- members of the PDC and ward P09  „psychologist-lunch“ on thursdays

Communication within the team  Daily briefing  Weekly case conferences  ACT team-workshop 6 x /year
