I-190 & NY Rt. 265 Over NY Power Authority Reservoir Quality Control (QC) QC is Design-Builder’s Responsibility Design-Builder shall appoint a QC Manager responsible for QC Plan for both Design and Construction Design QC shall be by the Designer in accordance with the QC Plan Construction Inspection shall be by an Independent Engineering Firm (Hired by the Design-Builder) Materials Testing shall be by an Independent Testing Firm or Laboratory (Hired by the Design-Builder) The Independent Testing Firm shall report to the Construction Inspection Firm Offsite Plant Quality Control will be performed by the Department

Any pages containing links to external sites may, at the Department’s discretion, be removed before evaluation. Must contain all information needed for evaluation. Do not “assume the Department knows” your firm and it’s experience/qualifications.

Do not add or refer to an appendix. Do not include photographs or illustrations unless specifically indicated. Submit ALL Forms required.
I-190 & NY Rt. 265 Over NY Power Authority Reservoir SOQ Submission Guidelines If a Form has been revised, use the most recent version. Forms are designed to enable NYSDOT staff to easily identify if the revised version is being submitted. Do not use the original Form and update with changes. Do not remove headers or footers on a revised Form when submitting in the Proposal. Submitting a SOQ with either of the above will result in a phone call from NYSDOT requesting the correct Revised Form.

Answer: Bridge Inspection reports have been placed on the Project web site. 2.Question: Does the I-190/Rte 265 D/B project in Lewiston/Niagara Falls have an approximate cost range specified? Answer: Refer to the Draft RFQ, Section for an anticipated maximum cost.
