Fitness is very important because it helps you to stay fit and healthy! If you don’t do fitness then you may get heart problems!

When you go to your bed you should get a good nights sleep for at least 9 hours! When you go to your bed you should get a good nights sleep for at least 9 hours! This is very important because if you don’t get enough sleep you will be tired, grumpy and moody and you wont be able to concentrate on school work! Fruit and veg is healthy but not everyone enjoys it. You can have a try of the different fruit and vegetables though! The survey around the classes gives us a better idea of the fruit and vegetables St. Vincent’s pupils like!

What is hygiene? Hygiene is that you have to keep yourself clean! You should have a shower at least every 2 days! But when you get to primary 6 and 7 you should have a shower every day!!!!!
